What’s New At Butchie’s Recipes

Butchie’s Recipes of La Moderna Pampanga, located along Wilson Street in Greenhills is happy to announce new developments at the restaurant: two talented cooks team up to share with diners their Filipino specialities such as chicken asado, kare-kare, callos, bistek, fish and tofu, rellenong ampalaya and many more.

Langka and kalabasa sorbetes and refreshing buco lychee sherbet is also on offer this summer in addition to the best-selling ebun buro (salted egg) and malunggay (moringga) sorbetes and buco cheese dayap sherbet.

Butchie’s Recipes can now be reserved for intimate evening functions such as birthday parties, family gatherings and reunions for up to 25 persons. Menus are surprisingly reasonably priced depending on dishes selected. Ample parking is available.

Restaurant favourites beef calitiran and crab adobo as well as Pampanga fiesta fare such as prawns thermidor and chicken galantina are available in party-sized trays on special order.
